7aaf700d34 get UI defaults in shared instances only once (same as used in e.g. MetalRadioButtonUI) 
Note: this optimization does not work when switching from one Flat LaF to another Flat LaF because UI uninstall/install is done per component

83f88cd3a8 slightly changed style of default Light and Dark themes and added IntelliJ and Darcula themes to keep the old style: 
- changed focus width from 2 to 0
- changed colors of selected checkbox and radio button
- increased diameter of center circle in selected radio button
