- optionally: not applicable scroll buttons are hidden (new default)
- changed configuration
- removed TabbedPane.hiddenTabsNavigation
- added TabbedPane.tabsPopupPolicy, TabbedPane.scrollButtonsPolicy and TabbedPane.scrollButtonsPlacement
- made scroll arrows larger
