macOS native:

- removed `FlatNativeMacLibrary.getWindowPtr()` because it is too dangerous to use `windowPtr` (which is `NSWindow*`) in Java (using invalid window pointer would crash app)
- made `getNSWindow()` 20x faster
- catch exceptions in `getNSWindow()`
- digitally signed dylibs
